Education

Originally from Long Island, New York, Nicholle moved to North Carolina to pursue her passion for criminal law and advocacy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice, as well as a master’s degree in criminal justice with a concentration in counter-terrorism, before earning her law degree from Elon University School of Law. She is known for her principled approach and strong sense of purpose on treating every case and every client as unique. For her, criminal defense is about accountability, balance, and making sure the legal system works the way it is supposed to

Her career in criminal defense immediately began after passing the bar in early 2025, fulfilling a goal she has had since the beginning of her legal journey. She approaches each case with a clear philosophy: her role is to ensure that her clients’ rights are upheld.

She believes the legal system is complex and rarely black and white, which is why she takes the time to understand her clients as people, not just case files. She prioritizes individualized advocacy, allowing her to effectively represent clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, and painting. She is motivated by the belief that thoughtful and rights focused defense work can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
